ABOUT ROMAN ENT RECORDS

Music without one lane.

Roman Ent Records is an independent, multi-genre music label built around music with character, atmosphere and story. Our releases combine original creative direction, songwriting concepts and production with AI-assisted tools to explore artists and musical worlds across metal, country, rock, blues, dance and cinematic music.

From the darker worlds of Ghosts of the Fallen and Scare-lett, to the dance sound of Kayla Mist, the country side of Savannah R Cole and The Carolina 5, the blues of The Guy Epson Band, the rock of The Half Dead, and the cinematic work of The Daylight Orchestra, Roman Ent Records is about creating music without being confined to a single genre.

The label is also home to The Transistor Radio Show, where music, characters and story-driven broadcasting come together.

Human-directed creativity. AI-assisted production. Music built around the story.

Ghosts of the Fallen

The Ghost of 17

Ghosts of the Fallen is a five-piece metal band from Elmont, New York, built around versatility, power and a commercial metal sound. Heavy when it needs to be and accessible when the song calls for it, the band moves across different sides of metal, including Celtic / Atmospheric Metal, without being locked into one style.

Kayla Mist

Caught in the Rhythm

Kayla Mist never expected music to become part of her life. At 17, she went to family gatherings and friends’ parties, but the music and dancing never really interested her. Then one night, her older sister dragged her out to a dance club. The lights, the sound, the crowd and the pulse of the dance floor changed everything. That night became the beginning of Kayla’s journey into dance music and the world behind Caught in the Rhythm.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly & The Grace

Savannah R Cole comes from Easley, South Carolina, and her country music carries the weight of the hardships she faced growing up. Those experiences give her music an honest, lived-in character, with songs shaped by struggle, strength and the determination to keep moving forward.

The Guy Epson Band

Reflection Blues

At the center of The Guy Epson Band is vocalist and guitarist Guy Epson, with his brother Earl Epson handling guitar and keyboards. Mae White provides bass and backing vocals, but every now and then Guy gives up the microphone, including on Reflection Blues, where Mae takes the lead. Behind them sits drummer Clay Plats, holding down the rhythm and apparently operating under one very important band rule: DON’T ASK HIM ANYTHING.

The Carolina 5

Uncle Joe’s Tales

The Carolina 5 have always been as much a family as a band. At the center is Uncle Joe Jr., a nickname that stuck because that’s what his niece Kelly Holder called him, and before long even the crew was calling him Uncle Joe. Kelly practically grew up around the band, soaking up everything she could and learning violin from her uncle. And if you’re wondering why a band called The Carolina 5 has six people in the picture, blame Uncle Joe. Apparently he can’t count. Kelly became “The Bonus Carolina,” joining the band on gigs and taking over the violin when Uncle Joe could no longer handle the violin and lead vocals at the same time.

The Half Dead

Drink From the Well

The Half Dead lives on the darker side of rock, where relationships, inner battles and the things people carry with them become part of the music. Their songs aren’t afraid to step into uncomfortable places, exploring what happens when trying to save someone begins to pull you under with them. Drink From the Well captures that world, turning a destructive relationship into a dark, powerful piece of storytelling.
